The following Officers and Committee Chairpersons shall constitute the Board of Directors of the Heritage Palms Ladies Putters Club.

Committee Chairpersons
Any Chair Position may consist of a Co-Chair/Team. There shall be one vote for each committee position. In the event there is a Co-Chair/Team, each person shall have a voice but there will be only ONE vote.
